Volunteer Director

*Voting Board Member*

- Reaching out and networking with social media influencers that are interested in our organization.

- Set up/coordinate events with our Communication and Outreach director, Grace Corcoran.

- Answer emails regarding ways people can get involved in our organization.

- Responsible for finances within the organization.

Government Affairs Director

*Voting Board Member*

- Research and develop policy with President Jack Ramirez and VP Maher Salha.

- Meet with Senators, Representatives, and other adversaries on policy and resources.

-Research on policies we wish to endorse or advocate for.

- Ensure transparency between the Board and the Public

Public Relations Director

*Voting Board Member*

- Respond to questions from News networks and social platforms.

- Work with Chief of Staff, Grace Corcoran, to create bi-weekly news letters.

- Work with other organizations to schedule/attend events.

Deputy Chief of Staff

- Take notes at bi-weekly Board meetings

- Report to Chief of Staff, Grace Corcoran.

- Work with Chief of Staff and VP, Maher Salha, to facilitate important decisions.

- Schedule meetings between the branch Directors.

- Has access to and helps manage all Directors emails.

All positions require

- attendance at bi-weekly board meetings

- agreeance to the organization bylaws
